Beef risotto



1 carrot cut into rounds

1 beetroot cut into cubes

straw potato to taste

salt to taste

olive oil to taste


400g beef in strips

100g diced bacon

¹/³ of a whole broccoli

5 champignon mushrooms (can be shimeji)

300g of mozzarella cheese

4 slices of onion

1 clove of garlic

1 box of sour cream

spicy paprika to taste

Note: yield  4 people

Method of preparation

  1. Put the carrots, beets and rice to cook with oil and salt (in water)

  2. Meanwhile, pass the meat in the hot paprika, wrapping it and set it aside.

  3. Put the bacon to brown when it's crispy put the meat

  4. Let the meat fry with the bacon, after they are fried remove them and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, put the chopped onion and garlic.

  6. Add the chopped broccoli and the chopped mushrooms to the garlic and onion.

  7. Replace the meat and bacon and remove the beets and carrots from the water.

  8. Place the mozzarella and cream in the skillet.

  9. Mix the sauce and rice and serve it with potato chips and the carrots and beets.

3 potatoes, cut as you like

2 chicken breasts

spicy paprika


2 tablespoons of cottage cheese

Half tablespoon of butter

Method of preparation

Cut the chicken breast and season, then put it to cook until 5 minutes after boiling.

Cut the potatoes and then put them to fry.

Remove the chicken from the pan, drain all the water and  put the chicken in the blender with the curd and butter, beat until smooth.
